British Association of Urological Surgeons Ltd Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation should be made in writing, by e-mail, to events@baus.org.uk. Requests for refund will be accepted according to the date received. Cancellations received before 14 November 2025 will receive a full refund minus 10% admin charge. Refunds cannot be made after this date. In the event of the Association cancelling a meeting a full refund will be given.
